  Aptitude 'n' Attitude Level – 2

Level-2 is the next stage. So, completing level - 1 will be the prerequisite.

Who, why should level 2 is necessary after completing level - 1

Imagine… one has already decided/selected a career path in one direction whereas one's aptitude may point another direction and more interestingly; the attitude is not quite right in a few aspects, what will happen in life? What else other than avoidable struggles and confusion.

 

Let us look at a Case study:

'Rajesh' is an intelligent son of a well educated couple. He was admitted in mechanical engineering branch for higher studies. Within a year Rajesh started showing symptoms of frustrations.

When consulted, parents replied that, from the childhood Rajesh has consistently shown his ability of repairing/maintaining so many mechanical items including noisy doors and windows, radios, and parts of vehicles. He did it each time with such excellence that almost no repair was required again in most of the cases for a long period. Even in some cases he learnt some special skills for doing so; on his own. Keeping this ability, liking and skill in mind we decided that he should take his higher education in similar field. What wrong we did? Was the question they wanted to be answered by an expert.

When asked further they admitted that initially though Rajesh shown his own disliking for it (mechanical engineering); it was taken lightly assuming that he is not matured enough. Who cares well more than the parents it self? So; the decision was taken. But within a year he unexpectedly started showing his disliking more prominently; we are finding so many changes in him, worse still his changed negative behavioral pattern for which he was never known for.

We want to know where we went wrong, what may be the cause and solution then?

Interestingly and surprisingly Rajesh was found with aptitude of Musical Ear. That was the real cause behind making all the things noiseless. And parents assumed it a quality for would be engineer.

It was decided then that at least mechanical engineering is not a career for him…further process is going on and soon he will get his own path, may be as sound engineer or a musician …. Or whichever else…on which he may find perfectly matching career with his aptitude. What else is needed then?

Level -2 is capable of providing correcting and scientifically guiding tools in all directions (excluding the subjects of discipline) where aptitude and attitude are of concern and a matter of no-growth or slow-growth.

Imagine one's progress when one has developed right attitude and found right aptitude and grabs an opportunity to act on the same; growth achievable is incalculable.

*Some important Things to remember: It is important that clients be enthusiastic about the process. Parents should not force students to participate if they are not interested to do so. Creating interest is a matter of attitude-development. Accurate results rely on the best efforts of the examinee. Aptitude means natural abilities; therefore it is impossible to "train” for the findings. Also it is not possible to decide exact time limit to find One's natural aptitude or HR-Print©; it depends upon response and time self-analysis takes. Clients must report any physical or psychological disabilities, learning differences, medications or drug use to us before testing to ensure results will not be affected by those situations.
