What is an Aptitude: -
Every occupation and so education... whether it is farming, engineering, banking, medicine, IT, law or film-making or any -- uses certain aptitudes. The work which one is most likely to enjoy and be successful in is work that uses one's aptitude. Aptitude is natural talent, special abilities for doing, or learning to do certain kinds of things. Aptitude represents potential, rather than knowledge with Thinking Style, Behavioral Traits and Occupational Interests.

Why Aptitude is so important: -
Suppose that two persons, generally equally smart, have the same opportunities to learn a job or develop a skill. They attend the same classes, study the same material, and practice the same length of time. One of them acquires the knowledge or skill easily; the other has difficulty and takes more time, if they ever master the skill. These two people differ in aptitude for this type of work or skill acquisition.

Key factor about aptitude - 
If aptitudes are not identified, honed, and utilized, a person may feel that something is missing, or that they are in the wrong field. On the other hand, if careers demand specific aptitudes that an individual lacks, it may lead to frustration. Aptitude is a unique characteristic We all know, understand, and operate on more levels than just the conscious. Talents or aptitudes are unlearned abilities--gut-level and non-conscious ways of operating. Aptitudes have a major impact not just on performance, but on our individual and unique states of being.

Attitude and its importance
Two persons, generally equally smart, may have similar aptitude and yet one may achieve greater success than the other, even while faced with greater obstacles: WHY? The key factor is-- 'Attitude' --how does a person think towards various important aspects in life (viz. attitude towards self, others, work, money, consumption, values, etc.). Until a person learns the importance of own initiative, and takes charge of self-growth, no amount of opportunities and talents matter. Attitude defines the boundaries and directions, both.

How We are helping?

No one is deprived of aptitude, i.e. natural talent. However, most people may never know of it, or till late in life. Those who are fortunate to learn about their aptitude at younger age; driven by strong initiative and supported by loved ones, they excel in their fields of action rather supremely.

If you are interested to enhance chances of success for yourself or someone you care for, here is how we can help:

Firstly, be sure that finding one's aptitude is not necessarily a quick-n-magical exercise, to be found-out through a questionnaire in one or even a few sittings with experts.

Second, one's natural aptitude is a unique mix of parameters, which can be best understood through self-investigation by individual's own efforts. Third, until correctly understood, the real means available to investigate are two: own self and those who know you well over a reasonable period of time (such as parents, friends, other family members, teachers...) and are interested in providing you genuine inputs about you.

Fourth, there can be no fixed time and easy formula to conclude. What is possible is to initiate one's understanding about self, under a guided program with initial-frame-work, and continue to narrow-down options which emerge, as one begins to understand what one definitely is not meant to do. Few people may be lucky to zero-on in short-time, some may take longer. What we can promise is: earnest involvement from our side till as long as necessary.

Our Methodology:

•  Registration by individual along with a co-facilitator.

•  Form a TEAM for registered individual: consists of individual, a co-facilitator (should be one parent/guardian in case of students), and an AA- facilitator.

•  Kick-off Session: interactions among three TEAM members.

•  Self-Investigation on Attitude 'n' Aptitude: Preparation of materials by individual as per exercises/guidelines provided by AA-facilitator.

•  Interactive Workshop Session: for participants for 3-4 hours, conducted by expert-faculty on HR-Print*, with a view to give thorough understanding with opportunities of questions & answers, evolved during self-investigation.

•  Submission of Self-Investigation Exercise - Evaluation & Feedback by AA.

The results can be invaluable to those searching for direction in making decisions regarding their future. Parents may encourage their children to complete it before the student's senior year of high school to promote the planning involved with higher education.
