Wheels made us: Body-mobile (and facilitated interactions among people who could             travel and meet and thus increased the pace of knowledge-growth by sharing of             independent experiences)
Internet makes us: Mind-mobile (making on-line and instant knowledge-interactions             possible among unlimited number of people from distant parts of globe, and yet             saving time, materials and energy consumed in travel)

The results of this 'Mind-mobility' would be the greatest knowledge explosion where power of thought will govern the future direction for any organization. And the knowledge-growth would come about by the convergence of those individual minds, trained to think independently and yet willing to gain from Collective Wisdom.

No wonder, India along with rest of the world is entering into a new era of wealth revolution, where any individual can dare to compete with a mighty organization through sheer power of 'creative excellence of own and ability of relationship networking'. Organizations, understandably, nurturing individual value-creators, rather than controlling them. Such is the potential ahead in times to come.

Once charged with SPARK within, every humanbeing can dream and reach Everest of own, and feel the pride of IDENTITY, the greatest wealth. Creation of this wealth requires one to survive through the gestation period, similar to growth of a seed-to-tree, yielding fruits thereafter. This journey of Identity is possible only when knowledge-driven individuals in society create abundance of prosperity and creative opportunities, while pursuing their own Identity. Ascent of mankind is essentially a story of such individuals, the Knowledge-Entrepreneurs, the true value creators.

Knowledge-Entrepreneurs, always undertake pioneering risks, committing personal time and resources. Much of the creative-efforts however may remain in the form of intangible-wealth, during gestation stages. Proactive efforts are required to identify missing knowledge-links to trigger exponential growth, otherwise lying dormant in any society.

The future is not about one nation's superiority over other, instead cross-nation value-creator-chains over transferers-of-wealth. Knowledge-Entrepreneurs would be the primary drivers of Future-Trends. Greater the numbers better the future will be, for all.
