Conducted a DSIR Study of medicinal flora of Maharashtra and Goa and proposed industrial activities based on these raw materials, in conjunction with MITCON. Prepared a Ayurvedic coding system with ADMA, for international trade purposes.
Specialization includes analytical and process development in Pharmaceutical Sciences; Experimental Pharmacological screening; Renal Pharmacology; Non Parietal Gastric Secretions. Authored a book Research Methodology for students of Ayurved, 2000.

Professor Sakhalkar is an eminent teacher since 1965. His vast knowledge includes complex subjects like Economics, Management & Leadership. Expertise covers all branches of Economics, Managerial Economics, Mathematics and Statistics for Management, Business Environment, Econometrics and Research Methodology for Management to postgraduate degree and diploma courses of the University of Mumbai. Has developed a forest on a barren hill in Kashedi in Ratnagiri of Maharastra, a camping site for students and other sections of the society who want to repay their debt to the society and Mother nature, by reconciling the seeminingly contradictory objectives of sustainable development and conservation of nature. Dr. Rajaram has over 30 years of experience in the siting, design and construction of mining, environmental, and waste management projects. He is an experienced designer of tunnels and large underground openings, and has completed several tunnel projects in the Chicago area. He has completed the remedial investigations, feasibility studies, design and construction for several remediation projects in the U.S. He has significant project management experience on international projects, having successfully established an office in India for wastewater treatment and environmental consulting. Educational qualifications include J.D., 1991, Environmental Law, IIT Kent College of Law, Chicago , Ph.D., 1978, Rock Mechanics, University of Wisconsin , M.S., 1971, Mining Engineering, South Dakota School of Mines, Rapid City .

Capt Haridasan is an engineer with more than 3 decades of experience, in Information Technology , manufacturing and service industry. He has served at senior levels with frontier organisations like Hexaware Technologies Ltd , Tata Infotech Ltd and Datamatics Ltd , Indian Navy and Brainwave India . He had also been CIOs in shipbuilding and Ship maintaining yards like Mazagon Dock Ltd, Naval dockyards at Mumbai and Vizag. He has worked on onsite and offshore software projects and has widely travelled globally.

Gene Makar does work for a Washington, D.C., based firm that specializes in mergers and acquisitions of companies in the biotech, aerospace, environmental and IT/security fields. He also consults to private and public firms and government agencies on environmental management, energy, sustainable development and natural-disaster recovery. Earlier in his career, he worked with and consulted to several multinational and foreign-based corporations in pharmaceutical, petroleum, and petrochemical processing; manufacturing and R&D; and port/infrastructure development and management.
He has served as the Environmental Export Consultant to the World Trade Centers Association (Greater Philadelphia), where he identified and developed export-market opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses. He also developed an international trade conference for the WTC that successfully networked small businesses with multinational and government contracting officials, and was a partner in a successful conference production company that focused on strategic marketing and international trade issues and solutions for executives and upper managers.

He is a certified Assessor for Quality Management (ISO 9000: 2000) as well as for Environment Management (ISO 14000) systems. He facilitated and is serving as a consultant/Faculty to Major - Organisations like: Bhilai Steel Plant, Ispat, Mukand, Birla Cellulosic, Hindustan Lever, J.Mangsun & Co,and Management Institutions like: SAIL at Ranchi, MGM & Xavier Institutes at Mumbai, HPCL at Pune etc.

He is an advisory committee member for medicinal plants at Ministry of Forests and Agriculture, Maharashtra State .
