Introduction
With all the emphasis on learning of subject-specific skills and knowledge, individuals who achieve great results in life, have something in common: Attitudes to think and act, rightly. What do positive and negative attitudes mean; and how they affect an individual’s future are key aspects of Mind Building Sessions programs. Attitude formations, rightly or wrongly generally take place at younger age. With specific focused attention to each student, we can hope to prepare greater number of individuals with leadership attitude. Besides attitude, the other crucial aspect which is generally missed about a person is their natural inherent Aptitude. It is not uncommon to experience how real talents of most people remain under-developed or even un-noticed in their life times. Whenever a person gets to know one’s true aptitude early in life, and works on developing skills and knowledge in area of aptitude, chances of supreme success can enhance. Although getting to know one’s real aptitude is a challenging task, the long years of school-life is the right place where it can be done through systemic exploratory efforts.

Introduction
These days, it is not uncommon for average students to score 75-85% or even higher marks in various examinations in schools, all over the country. However, it is generally experienced that in spite of such high scores, most students actually lack the fundamental concepts of the subjects, such as science and math in particular or even others in general. This is because the greater emphasis in exams is laid on reproducing what is learned by practice. Students are therefore unable to solve problems which may require their own independent thinking based on conceptual clarity.
As a result, while children are advanced to higher levels for their proficiency in passing examinations, their minds are really not developed as original thinker, capable of innovations in their fields of choice.
