About Global Alliance of Knowledge Entrepreneurs
 

India 's youth population is expected to be the largest in the world in decade ahead, over 500 millions. Creating gainful and productive work for them is greatest challenge. No Government or any number of large organizations can employ such vast populations. This can also be viewed as a rare and unique opportunity for the nation to create an entreprenurial society. A possible logical approach is to make the youth self-sufficient in its ability to identify and convert new wealth-creating opportunities into viable and profitable enterprises. A good number of the future generation has to become the engines of wealth creation for the rest of them and the nation.

Global Alliance of Knowledge Entrepreneurs ( GAKE ) is a newly created private enterprise with objective to impart innovative knowledge inputs to prepare such talents to manage and/or set-up the future globally competitive SMEs (small and medium enterprises).

GAKE is promoted by technologists, professionals and entrepreneurs with global exposure and multi-disciplinary expertise. The purpose is to fill the gap in preparing today's youth with a CEO mindset, supported with skills to deal with changing critical needs of the knowledge era that is revolutionizing the global economy. GAKE also plans to prepare youth as future institutional CEOs, equipped to understand the intricacies required in formulating and implementing wealth-creating policies by governments and their agencies. The public-private partnership in true spirit of wealth creation is necessary to empower future breed of knowledge entrepreneurs.

Furthermore, the avenue of this education should remain open to all, from rural to urban areas, based on competency and aptitude evaluation. This would enable individuals rooted within a geography to become primary business leaders, locally; thus paving way for equitable opportunities for growth for all in their own region. Through continuing growth in exposure and expertise they would develop into nation's leaders in all walks of life, it is hoped.

Our key strategy is based on imparting to future generation with three key expertise, viz:

•  technological appreciation and technical skills

•  managerial, and

•  entrepreneurial

in an integrated manner, especially designed for this purpose.

Value-creating individuals who can build a Knowledge-TEAM that understands technological innovations and converts them into viable enterprise are required in large numbers. As such, educational input that develops all-rounded technical professionals with added excellence in managerial and enterprising ability is required. Today's knowledge seekers require increasingly greater value-addition from education in least possible time .

Based on our global experience and understanding, we are building a three-tier knowledge-matrix covering multidisciplinary expertise at local, national and global levels. Optimal usage of these resources is most valuable to incorporate dynamic changes affecting future trends, and yet making high-end knowledge affordable to all seekers.

With changing times, the need of knowledge delivery is also changing rapidly. Our new initiative of designing innovative curricula and its delivery meets the challenges of the new century, which demands every individual to create value from every action.

 

 

The Purpose An Outline



Create viable systems, enterprises and methodologies to fulfill the following goals:

•  Develop novel curricula to impart three key abilities, viz. technological, managerial and entrepreneurial in an integrated manner, to promising youth, at different levels including the urban, rural and intermediary populations.

•  Setting-up new research-based institution, to devekop and channelize value-added knowledge inputs to participating existing institutions, to achieve the above objectives.

•  Improvize and upgrade the knowledge of those students and faculties, who are studying in existing institutions through customized workshops and certificate programmes in line with three key abilities mentioned above.

•  Develop and conduct novel methods of evaluation to ensure growth in competencies of students in terms of Attitude, Skills, Knowledge, Aptitude and Values (a unique proprietary methodology termed as HR-Print© both as prerequisites as well as post education parameters. This would open opportunities for even those individuals who have specific competencies but have no formal education, to seek higher knowledge inputs and recognition.

•  Develop and implement scientific awareness and technological entrepreneurships in youth through collaboration with like-minded national and global institutes, by consolidated and synergized efforts to establish Knowledge-Entrepreneurs University .

GAKE is creating a knowledge-matrix resource locally, nationally and globally to achieve the purpose.
